Chilean Carmenere (CGP)
Carmenere has become Chile's undisputed signature red grape. A medium-to full bodied red with bright ruby color, this carmenere displays flavours and aroma's of blackberry, black cherry, tropical fruit and spice. The oak adds subtle toast, vanilla, and soft tannins. Ageing a year will reward you with additional nuances of coffee, and mocha. Altogether a very food friendly wine that could be your signiture house red.
