Cider
West Coast U Brew offers a large variety of ciders and coolers to choose from, with sweetness levels that can be adjusted to your personal taste. Ciders are apple-based and coolers are wine-based. All ciders take 3 weeks to get ready and coolers take 4-5 weeks. Both ciders and coolers produce 23-24 litres per batch.
Please note: Bottling for cider and coolers must be booked 24 hours ahead so we can prepare your product for you.
