West Coast Pilsner
One of our favorite pilsner-style recipes. We use Saaz hops from the start to the finish. This gives the beer lots of flavour and aroma ... but not too bitter. It's very similar to the urquel beer but not with the same yeast. We also use a small amount of Amber malt to give this beer a little more body. Still golden in color but with a slightly darker feel to it.
