St. James Cream Ale
First of all, we can not duplicate Kilkenny. We don't use nitrogen, and it's a total different process. Now having said that, if you like a smooth cream ale that is "kinda" like Kilkenny as far as flavour, mouth feel and colour, I strongly recomend this beer. M.
