Smithwicks Dark Ale
Very close to the original, Pronounced Smithicks. (Why did they put a"W" in it anyway?) Here we have a very dark bodied brew with a strong hop finish. Using both Northern Brewer and Saaz (not shy on either) hops, balanced with about 3 litres of dark and 3 litres of amber this beer has plenty of body to offer you.
