Octoberfest Lager
This German style lager beer is fairly mild in hops and has no lingering aftertaste. A medium Euro body feel with a nice golden hue. These beers were traditionally lagered in the spring (March) and kept in the cool alpine caves to last throughout the summer months. By the fall harvest all the remaining kegs were rolled out to town for a big party. So here we are in October of 2011. Lets get out the Bratwurst and party!
