India Pale Ale
Our first and original IPA recipe. We made this in the style of a traditional English India Pale Ale. Made with higher alcohol and hops to survive the long trip to the troops when they invaded Burma. I believe it was the East India trading company that delivered the beer thus IPA was born. Some say it was delivered to the english in India then shipped to the troops in Burma. Either way we got it and we love it.

Each batch of beer yields approximately 48 litres. Beer bottling options
