Stella's Style
Golden and full-flavoured. This brew is meant to clone Stella's. While we don't use the exact yeast they use (you don't really want to wait a month do you?) We have got the recipe down pretty close. This beer does have alot of hops and is fairly bitter. Not as bitter as a czech style pilsner though.
