Dortmunder
From the classic region of Dortmund. A very well-balanced golden-colored beer. We didn't want this brew to be as hoppy as the Czech pil style, we looked for a more malty or fuller bodied beer to go with a full compliment of hops. This brew has a good supply of hops but more dispersed through-out the quaff. Northern Brewer, Saaz, and cascade all mixed in with 1/2 lb of Crystal malt grains to make this brew a very popular beer all year round.
