Ola. A brew for those with Mexico on the mind. We use the traditional cluster hop for this one. Not too many as this hop is quite bitter. In fact the commercial version of this brew I think they might have forgotten the hops all together. Is that why they stick a lime in the bottle? Actually they do this for sanitation reasons. Now if I could only get some time off. Adios.
