Cardinals Cream Ale
Ahh Cardinals Cream Ale. This warm smooth fairly dark Ale is very mild with a slight chocolate finish. We use a golding hop up front with the gentle similar Willamette hop for the finish. We use about 200 grams of Chocolate grain in this brew which darkens and give it the roasty flavour popular in the cream ale styles. Commercial clones would be Shaftsbury Cream ale/Rickards Red.
